Wherever you look on social media now-a-days, all you see are health coaches advocating weight loss, fitness and such. But there are also many diets openly available for people who wish to lose weight. With widespread information available on which celeb followed which diet to lose so many kilos/ pounds in so many weeks, there’s a large number of people who follow these diets without consulting any professional, and get add to the validity of these diets as soon as they see even mild results.
While most of them make plenty sense having been created by M.D’s and/or certified nutritionists, there are a lot of them that are completely over the top and should NOT be followed.
So, as this year comes to an end, and most people starting to compile their New Year’s resolution list, I have decided to start a series where I have picked the most commonly followed, scientifically accurate diets I could find. Where I’ll discuss the diet, the pros and cons, and present a sample diet (just coz). So when the New Year finally rolls around we can all decide on the best way to get our health back in order. Here’s what diets we will be covering till the end of this year
- South Beach
- Whole 30
- Reverse Dieting
